“It was fantastic to meet up with you again this weekend, as it has been quite some time since I was last over in Ireland. Although we speak, as a matter of course, and you have indicated what you have been working on in terms of taking the Cleaning Doctor family to a new level. To actually see the work in progress is just amazing. Your enthusiasm for this industry is unmatched by anyone else I know connected to the cleaning industry. Our current website pulls in calls above our competition because it is so far advanced to anything our competitors have out there, so to see the new Services website that is currently under construction will leave the competition eating dust. It is just phenomenal.

Innovation in technology moves forward on a daily basis and what you are implementing is truly cutting edge. I can appreciate your frustrations at the time and energy required to get to the launch stage, as I have been in the same position within my role at the NCCA where we have many new ideas to implement for the benefit of the members. The time taken to select just 7 photographs for the new NCCA exhibition stand has taken hours upon hours of research to identify the one photograph that fits the bill, so I fully can fully appreciate the many many hours that you and the team must have spent acquiring the right photos for both the website and the new marketing material, which look terrific and may only take a minute to upload but vast amounts of time and resources to find them. However I am confident that we will all experience the benefit from your efforts.

The recruitment website is just as amazing and would be a credit to even multi national franchisors, some of which are truly awful for the new breed of investor, so I wish you well on the launch of this site in the near future and hope that we can all benefit from new additions to "the family".

To think that Willie Little just 3 years ago could not even send a basic email, but is now pioneering new IT platforms via YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Text Messaging is incredible in itself, but just goes to reinforce what I think all of us know, that you will not rest on your laurels, will embrace the new technologies (no matter what it takes) and this should be inspirational to us all. If you can do it then none of us should find it too difficult.

The past 36 hours have been a breath of fresh air and reassure me that I did indeed make the "right decision" nine years ago in my choice of franchise. I must take time out to visit more frequently (if you will provide the matchsticks).
